Philipp Gramse
Project Manager
Philipp Gramse studied political science in Jena. He is specialised in nord-American studies as well as in political extremism. After completing his studies, he worked as a deputy head of department at the integration department of the city of Wolfsburg, where he was responsible for the integration of refugees. In June 2019 he moved to Halle (Saale) for private reasons.
Philipp joined LAMSA in november 2020.
Friederike Lettow
Project Team Member
Friederike Lettow studied German, ethnology and media studies. She is a trained Scrum Master and Design Thinking Coach.
Her main focus during her studies was violence against women and she is also involved in this area in her free time. After completing her studies, she worked as a project manager for the Saxon State Association for People with Disabilities and Mental Illnesses. She also worked as a digital coach, speaker and organizational developer for the Federal Association of Caritas.
Friederike joined LAMSA in November 2020.
Dr. rer. nat. Khuzama Zena
Advisor (Halle & the surrounding area)
Dr. rer. nat. Khuzama Zena studied Educational Science before completing a degree in Industrial Psychology. Following this, she earned a doctorate in the field of Differential Psychology.
After completing her studies, she worked as a social worker for schools. She worked as a professor, academic supervisor and consultant at the University of Damascus from 2011 to 2016 before joining LAMSA in 2018, where she now works as a consultant within the NEMSA project.
Dr. rer. nat. Khuzama Zena speaks Arabic and German.
Ina Wiederkehr
Advisor (Halle & the surrounding area)
Ina Wiederkehr studied Philology and Education with a focus on Social Education at the Martin-Luther-Universität in Halle-Wittenberg and works as an English and Russian teacher. She has worked with migrants and youths for many years now, as well as being actively involved in the field of adult education. In addition to providing advice on a range of educational issues, her main focus involves working together with parents and promoting intercultural awareness.
Ina Wiederkehr acts as an advisor within the NEMSA project.
Ina Wiederkehr speaks German, Russian and English.
Khaled Ouso
Advisor (Magdeburg & the surrounding area)
Khaled Ouso studied history in Damascus and education in Aleppo. He has worked as a teacher for many years, teaching history and geography. He also worked as a quality supervisor for schools and as a social worker. Since 2019 he has been volunteering at LAMSA; full-time since 2021.
Khaled works as a multiplier, consultant and language mediator.
He speaks Arabic and Turkish.
