1. Advice in person & by telephone
We are happy to provide you with counselling by telephone or in person at our offices in Dessau, Halle and Magdeburg.

Starting 3rd of February 2021:
In future, there will be an open, multilingual (Arabic, English, Russian and Turkish) online consultation hour for immigrant parents every Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., during which the advisors of the NEMSA + project will be available as contact persons.

3. Online counselling
Our multilingual advisors can also be contacted regularly online via our secure app. (Monday to Thursday 9 am to 2 pm / Friday 9 am to 12 pm). Our advisors speak Arabic, German, English, French, Kurdish and Russian.
Our online counselling service is primarily aimed at families who are unable to visit our offices in person.
The NEMSA app is available to download free of charge from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
